How to unblock a locked user

The MYbOnline portal allows you to unlock any user account that might have been locked due to too many failed login attempts. To unlock a user account, follow the steps below.

  • Go to the "Users and devices" page.

  •  The word "Locked" is displayed under the user's name. Click on "View more".

  • You will be able to reset the user's PIN from here.

  • Once you create a new 6-digit PIN for the user, their account will officially be unblocked.
