The MYbOnline portal allows you to unlock any user account that might have been locked due to too many failed login attempts. To unlock a user account, follow the steps below.
- Go to the "Users and devices" page.
- The word "Locked" is displayed under the user's name. Click on "View more".
- You will be able to reset the user's PIN from here.
- Once you create a new 6-digit PIN for the user, their account will officially be unblocked.
