How to add and set up new devices

Easily add compatible Yealink IP cordless and desk phones directly from the MYbOnline portal. To add and set up a new device, follow the steps below.

  • Navigate to "Users and devices" under the "Phone settings" tab.

  • Under the "Devices" section, select "Add a new device'.

  • Then enter the make, model and Mac address before clicking "Save".

  • Great, you just added a new device! Next, select the "..." (ellipses) next to a device with a "Not setup" status and click "Setup".

  • To set up your device, copy the provisioning string provided here and paste it into the 'Server URL' field of the 'Auto provisioning' section of the Yealink web interface.

  • Once the device is provisioned correctly, the status will update to "In service".
