Easily add compatible Yealink IP cordless and desk phones directly from the MYbOnline portal. To add and set up a new device, follow the steps below.
Navigate to "Users and devices" under the "Phone settings" tab.
Under the "Devices" section, select "Add a new device'.
Then enter the make, model and Mac address before clicking "Save".
Great, you just added a new device! Next, select the "..." (ellipses) next to a device with a "Not setup" status and click "Setup".
To set up your device, copy the provisioning string provided here and paste it into the 'Server URL' field of the 'Auto provisioning' section of the Yealink web interface.
Once the device is provisioned correctly, the status will update to "In service".
