Change of tenancy is a situation when a new tenant wishes to take over the ownership or contract.

How does a change of tenancy impact your VoIP service?

  • The service itself will not be impacted however the bOnline team would need to make changes and update your account information to reflect the details of the new owner.

How do you proceed with a COT?

  • To initiate the process please contact us and provide the new owner's contact details, as we would need confirmation from them as well.
