How do I return my router to bOnline?

Returning your router to bOnline is a simple process. This guide provides all the steps you need to securely return your device and ensure proper processing.

  • Please gather up your router, power supply, cables and original box.

  • Within the new router box, there is a return label, attach this label to the old router box.

  • Take the package to your Post Office (where you can ask for proof of postage) and we’ll do the rest.

Please note: Returns sent to head office will not be accepted.


If you do not return the original router, a penalty of £50 will be added to your account, but this can be avoided if you follow the instructions.


You are required to return your router if:

  • There is a technical fault, and a replacement router is sent out

  • Early termination of your service with us
