Returning your router to bOnline is a simple process. This guide provides all the steps you need to securely return your device and ensure proper processing.
Please gather up your router, power supply, cables and original box.
Within the new router box, there is a return label, attach this label to the old router box.
Take the package to your Post Office (where you can ask for proof of postage) and we’ll do the rest.

Please note: Returns sent to head office will not be accepted.
If you do not return the original router, a penalty of £50 will be added to your account, but this can be avoided if you follow the instructions.
You are required to return your router if:
There is a technical fault, and a replacement router is sent out
