How to Change Your bOnline Trial Number

Learn how to choose a new phone number by town, postcode, or area code while your bOnline account is in trial status. 

1. Log in to the MybOnline portal.

2.  On the Home page, find the trial status section and click Change number. 

3. You can enter a town, postcode, or area code to find a suitable number.

4. Click on the Number you like then click 'Choose number'. 

Please note: You'll be redirected to our 'Upgrade' page, where you'll need to upgrade your trial account for your number change to take affect.
