If you need to set up call diverts on your MYbOnline account, follow the steps below based on the platform you are using:
Option 1: Using the MYbOnline Portal
- Log in to your MYbOnline portal.
- Navigate to "Phone Settings".
- Select "Call Flows".
- You should see a "Temporary Divert" option available.
Option 2: Using the Mobile Application
- Open the MYbOnline mobile application.
- Tap on your profile icon located in the top-right corner of the app.
- Select "Call Forwarding".
- Choose from the following options:
- Always Divert: Instantly divert all calls to another number.
- No Answer Divert: Divert calls when you do not answer within the ring time.
- Busy Divert: Divert calls when you are unavailable or the line is busy.
Option 3: Using the Desktop Application
- Open the MYbOnline desktop application.
- Click on the Settings Icon located in the bottom-left corner of the application.
- Select "Call Forwarding".
- Choose the appropriate call divert option that suits your needs.
