How to assign devices to users

Easily assign your phones to users from the "Users and devices" section of the MYbOnline portal. This is for bOnline purchased phones.

If you'd like to connect a device purchased elsewhere, please contact voipcare@bonline.com to check if it's compatible before purchasing. To add and set up a new device, follow the steps below.

• Easily assign your phones to users from the "Users and devices" section of the MYbOnline portal.

• From the "Users and devices" page, click on the "Devices" tab.

• From here you must click "Assign" to link a phone to a specific user.

• A pop-up will appear allowing you to choose which user you'd like to assign this device to. After choosing the user, click "Save".

Please note: To unassign a device that bas been assigned to an existing user, please click on "None".

You'll notice the user you assigned under the "Assigned" heading.
