How to Add a New User in the MybOnline Portal

Ready to grow your team? With a few simple steps, you can add new users to your VoIP phone system so your small business heroes can start making calls right away.

1. Log in to the MybOnline portal.

2. Click Phone Settings in the left-hand menu.

3. Select Users and Devices 

4. Click the Add User button.

5. Enter the New User's Details

Please note: Only one user can be added at a time with a maximum of 9 users.
